At Occasion Partner, we strive to provide high-quality clothing rental services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for our services.

 

  1. Cancellations
  • Full Refunds:
    You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Partial Refunds:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No Refunds:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  1. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos or evidence of the issue.
  • If the issue is verified, we may choose from the following options:
    • A full refund.
    • A replacement item (subject to availability).
  1. Late Returns

Refunds will not be issued for late returns. Late fees may apply as per our Terms of Service.

  1. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must not have been used (except for trying on).
  • Items must be returned in the condition they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tears.
  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever feasible.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Custom orders or specially tailored items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
