- Cancellations
- Full Refunds:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. - Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - No Refunds:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photos or evidence of the issue.
- If the issue is verified, we may choose from the following options:
- A full refund.
- A replacement item (subject to availability).
- Late Returns
Refunds will not be issued for late returns. Late fees may apply as per our Terms of Service.

To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must not have been used (except for trying on).
- Items must be returned in the condition they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tears.
- Refund Process

- Non-Refundable Items
- Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Custom orders or specially tailored items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
